Bits…

. love .

A lot has happened the pass 2 months. Juicy bits about my love life includes getting to know a gentleman who loves me to bits. Unfortunately that love turned sour as I did not have the hots for him. Believe it or not. I felt like I took him on a joyride only to just throw him out of the car in the middle of the highway.

This one paragraph is to that particular guy: “I am so sorry things did not turn out the way it should, that there is so much more which I see lacking in you. You were alright in the beginning, but as your colors showed itself, I felt more and more uncomfortable being with you. I only considered us to be on a trial period, and before it could end I could not take it anymore. It also doesn’t help that you are insecure about yourself as I cannot be forever guiding you with what you should/should not be doing. I am sorry, but I am better off alone than with you.”

Other than trying to find myself in the midst of having all that attention from that one guy, I spent the rest of my ‘social time’ getting to know more people and also build relationships (nothing closer than good friends, mind you!).

I came to realize that it is best to be with people of the same intellectual level, otherwise its either I try to understand them or I end up tired from trying to ‘bend down’ to their level. Its the same with language – and I fully support that English must be a pass subject in SPM. Lol! It is not easy to find friends who share similar interests and are relatable. But I believe there are many out there, just need the time to look. ;D

. my gadget .

On a happy note, I presented myself with the E71. Was afraid that my 6230i would give way on me suddenly as it is already showing ageing signs. The E71 has a gorgeous metallic black body with a qwerty keyboard. Features are aplenty in this baby, and I was initially waiting for the E72, but that was just launched mid-June 09 so have to wait until at least Jan-Mar next year before it hits our shores. I prefer the E71 because of the scroll key in the middle being a button instead of an optical key in the new E72. I fully agree with Tracy that it is sooooo gorgeous with so many features! No regrets!! :D
